2. Service Description
CertAlert provides SSL certificate monitoring and management services, which include tracking certificate expiration dates, monitoring certificate status, sending alerts and notifications, and providing a dashboard for certificate management.
3. User Accounts
Account Creation: To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
4. Subscription and Billing
Subscription Plans: We offer various subscription plans with different features and limitations. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described on our website.
Billing: For paid subscriptions, you will be billed in advance on a recurring basis, depending on the billing cycle you select. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these Terms.
Changes to Fees: We reserve the right to change our subscription fees at any time. If we change our fees, we will provide notice of the change on the website or by email, at our discretion. Your continued use of the Service after the fee change becomes effective constitutes your agreement to pay the updated fee amount.
5. User Responsibilities

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall CertAlert, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
- Any failure or delay in certificate monitoring or notification
- Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
- Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service
- Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the Service
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to request account deletion.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
